$100 Scalped Tickets for Batman, Really? [POLL]

[/caption]A report on MSNBC Entertainment is saying that some people are willing to pay up to $100 or more for a ticket to see the new Batman movie 'The Dark Night Rises' which opens in theaters July 20.

Is it just me, or are a lot of people's priorities way out of whack these days?

There were days, in many years gone by, that I would stand in line to be one of the first to see a movie or concert. Those days are long gone for me, but the idea of paying $100 to see a movie just boggles the mind. Especially when you can wait for the next showing and see it for $8. I mean really!
