100th Birthday Celebration in Texarkana

It's a special day for a local lady who is turning 100 years old.The family of Mrs. Hazel Miller is hosting a reception in her honor this Saturday December 8th at the Texarkana Convention Center/Hilton Garden Inn from 1 until 5 p.m. There will be a special program at 3:00 p.m. featuring presentations by her family and by the Mayor Bob Bruggeman as well.

Mrs. Hazel is the amazing and beautiful lady who graces the cover of the December Four States Living Magazine and is truly a Texarkana Treasure.
