In an emotion-filled episode, the Top 3 finalists returned to their hometowns to perform for the first time off of the 'American Idol' stage. The girls made their way through the crowded poster-filled streets of their cities and were met by ecstatic parents and family in a teary reunion. Kree Harrison was greeted only by her sister, after we learned she lost both of her parents.

Each contestant performed three songs: one chosen by the judges, another by Jimmy Iovine and the last by the show's producers.

The season 12 Top 10 joined the audience to support the girls.

Kree Harrison sang Pink's hit 'Perfect,' The Band Perry's country song 'Better Dig Two' and dedicated her performance of 'Here Comes Goodbye' to her parents.

Angie Miller braved the stage without her piano to sing two songs: the first was another Pink song of the night 'Try' and the second, Elton John's 'Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word.'

Candice Glover rocked as always, performing Mary J. Blige's version of 'One' and Emile Sande's 'Next to Me.' Her last performance was dubbed "the best in 'Idol' history," by Randy Jackson. "See you next week," Nicki Minaj said to Candice, predicting the performance would definitely secure her a place in next week's finals.
