Bark At The Park – City-wide Event To Register, Vaccinate and Microchip Your Dog or Cat

Protecting our pets can be time-consuming and in most cases pretty costly as well. Good news, the City of Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation Department has teamed up with area Veterinarians for an event on  Saturday, October 21.

You are invited to bring your dog or cat to Spring Lake Park on Saturday, October 21 from 10AM - 3PM for this free community-wide event. Pet registration and rabies vaccinations are FREE for Texarkana residents! Other vaccinations and microchipping are available at reduced fees.

All dogs must be on a leash, all cats must be in a carrier.

So if Rex and Sheba aren't registered and properly vaccinated, this might be a great opportunity for them and you.
