Batman ‘66 sure is getting around a lot these days, having recently crossed over with other classic '60s properties like The Green Hornet and The Man From UNCLE. Now, this summer, Gotham’s greatest crimefighters are teaming up with the sharpest spies from across the pond in Batman ‘66 Meets Steed And Mrs. Peel.

A joint effort from DC Comics and Boom Studios, the new digital-first series is written by Ian Edginton, with art by Matthew Dow Smith and covers by Michael Allred and Cat Staggs. The series launches June 8, and will run bi-weekly for twelve issues. It will also be collected into a six issue print series beginning in July. .

The series brings John Steed and Emma Peel, of the hit British show from the sixties The Avengers, to Gotham City and directly into the lives of Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson. And yes, Emma Peel will be clashing with Batman ‘66’s own catsuit wearing femme fatale Catwoman right in the first issue.

Check below for more information from the first issue.
