OK kids, let's review... My DNA results came back early last week. My ancestors hail mostly from Great Britain; 73.9% British & Irish, 6.7% French German, 2.3% Scandinavian. I am predisposed to weigh a little more than average, not likely to have a unibrow (thank goodness) and, oh, did I mention I have a sister?

Exciting news for Texas Middle School student scientists who were selected as category winners in the Region VIII Education Service Center Science Fair and East Texas Regional Science Fair.

Texarkana has grown over the years. Just think about all the stores, restaurants and businesses that have made Texarkana their home. I know lately there have been some businesses that have left the area but it has really grown for the most part.
