Cops and Kids at Pizza Inn on Thursday

Be on the lookout for sirens and police cars in Texarkana on Thursday. It is part of an annual event call 'Cops and Kids' where kids will get to have dinner at Pizza Inn with police officers. Cops and Kids will be on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at 6 p.m. at Pizza Inn, 5200 N. Stateline in Texarkana, Arkansas.

Texarkana Arkansas Police Officers will meet at the police station at 5 p.m. and form two convoys. One group will form a parade of police cars to travel to the Texarkana Baptist Orphanage and the other will go to Watersprings Ranch. The children will ride with a Police Officer in a Patrol Car, with lights and sirens, to Pizza Inn for the Cops and Kids dinner.
