Monday’s POW

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." Today we celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a civil rights icon.... a man who stood on the right side of history when it was the least popular thing to do, especially in the south. He preached love and fair treatment of all people, and motivated African Americans to speak out about injustice. Where we would be if it were not for Dr. Martin Luther King his efforts? Thank God we will never know.

Today as you celebrate, make arrangements to get out into your communities more this year and be intentional about add value to others regardless of their skin color, religious, or life preference.
