Rihanna will get a street named after her in Barbados. The island native is being recognized for her charity work around the world, including Barbados, through her Clara Lionel Foundation.

According to Nation News, the government of Barbados will honor RiRi on the island's 51st Independence Day celebration on Nov. 30. They will officially change the name of Westbury New Road to Rihanna Drive.

Rihanna grew up near Westbury New Road and even named one of her companies Westbury Road Entertainment, so this will be a major honor for the pop superstar.

Prime Minister Freundel Stuart and Rihanna are scheduled to unveil the new signage during the two-hour ceremony on Nov. 30.

Congrats to Rihanna on her new street-renaming honor.
