Three Suspects Now in Custody in Connection With Homicide

The Texarkana Arkansas Police now say all three suspects are in custody in connection with a recent homicide.The last two suspects turned themselves into authorities over the past 24 hours. Frank Starling and Aundrey Battle did so at the Bi-State Justice Center Building.

They were sought in connection with the April 18th shooting death of 23 year old Andrew Cheatham. Cheatham was located dead in the driver seat of his vehicle in the 800 block of Pinehurst Street.

Authorities believe an altercation between the victim and suspects took place prior to the shots being fired. The investigation into this crime continues.
