In honor of Black History Month, I want to share one of my favorite quotes with you from Harriet Tubman... "I freed a thousand slaves. I could’ve freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves."

That's such a powerful quote to me because as a man thinketh, so is he. And you can never be free of your past, a relationship, an addiction, a heartbreak or anything else as long as you are slave to it. Imagine of life free of everything… every obstacle that haunts you, holds you back and threatens you and tell you that you will never be free.  As a slave you have nothing to look!  Look it in the eye and tell it… I’m gonna run anyway.
