My great grandmother used to always say, "A dog that will bring a bone will take one back."  Don’t you be a bone carrier.

When someone comes to you talking about another person, if you want to shut them up rather quickly, ask them... "What have you done to help him or her?".  Nine and a half times out of 10, they’ve done nothing to help, but feel at liberty to talk about them. Not cool.

Moral of the story: Treat people how you want to be treated. Humble yourself and use your words to heal, not hurt....to touch and not tear down. Stop entertaining what you would NOT want folks to entertain about you. Truth be told... A lot of people throwing rocks are living in a glass house.
