You can’t always trust the praise of your friends and your peers, because often times your peers will applaud mediocrity.

Now, if you’re ok with being mediocre, then you’re good. See, I’m not, however. I want to win. I want to succeed at everything I put my hands to. So believe me when I tell you that CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is your friend. Yes men and yes women will stunt your growth.  In 2019 make it a point to get around some people who will tell you the truth and challenge you to go higher. That will be a HUGE difference maker in your life this upcoming year. What ya been doing ain’t working… Try something new!
