Wendy Williams Faints on Live TV

Wendy Williams fainted during her live talk show on Tuesday (Oct. 31).

The talk show diva was dressed as the Statue of Liberty for Halloween and became overheated while on stage. She was in the middle of talking about Halloween costumes when she visibly became a bit disoriented and off-balance. As she began to fall, the camera crew rushed to the stage and the show went to commercial break. When the show returned on air, Williams was still in costume, conscious, and able to finish the show.

When the show came back on air, Williams told her audience, "That was not a stunt. I overheated in my costume. I did pass out."
