I counted the children's names that are still hanging on our Salvation Army Angel Tree in the lobby of the radio station. Twenty-five children have no one purchasing toys or clothing for them this Christmas. December 6 is the deadline. Can you help?

Our Angel Tree at the radio station is still loaded with children's names and each name tag has the child's age, clothing and shoe sizes, a wish list and a needs list. You can give a special gift this Christmas to a local child in need who will otherwise go without socks, gloves, shoes and toys.

Some of the children on our tree are infants, toddlers and young children. Derick is 11 years old and he would like to have "Walking Dead" toys and games as well as video games. He needs clothing, bedding and a backpack. Lakayla is 4 years old and would like stuffed animals, learning toys and "Doc McStuffins." She needs clothes, shoes, socks and pajamas.

This video shows all of the names on the Angel Tree at the radio station.

The first step to helping a child on our Angel Tree is to stop by the radio station and pick a child's name tag. Once you select the name tag of a child, you head to the store to do a little shopping. Please do not wrap the gifts. You'll then need to place all of the items for that child into a bag and put the Angel tag in the bag as well. They ask that no candy, gift receipts or gift cards be included in the bag. The bag can then be delivered to 510 Walton Drive in Texarkana, Texas. All gifts must be received on or before December 6.

Townsquare Media, 2324 Arkansas Blvd, Texarkana, Ark. We are open from 8:30AM to 5PM each weekday, except Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday. Come by the studios and pick your angel off the tree to surprise a special little boy or girl with wonderful presents this Christmas.
