Amazing Footage of Arrest and Interview of Highway 71 Shooting Suspect [VIDEO]

There was a running high speed shooting incident on Highway 71 that ended with a dramatic arrest on North Stateline and I-30... check out this video footage.

It is reported by TXK Today that the incident began in the 5400 block of Stateline Avenue, with suspects chasing an 18 wheeler on 71 north to the Red River where the vehicles circled back heading toward Texarkana with the car firing on the semi-truck.
