It’s Snow Cone Season! Here’s Where to Get Yours in The Texarkana Area

Finally, we are having some warmer temperatures and you know what that means? Whether you call them Snow Cones, Shaved Ice or Snow Balls ... those little huts are popping up around town and you can't help but smile. Here's a list of some of the great places to get a sno cone in and around the Texarkana area.

Southern Tropics Shaved Ice - located at 116 East 35 Street in Texarkana, Ark. is open noon to 9PM Monday - Saturday and Sundays  2PM to 9PM. Follow them on Twitter @SthrnTropics_Tk. 

Lasting Impressions Shaved Ice & Concessions  4112 South Lake Drive in Texarkana Texas. (Near the Loop) Open Monday - Friday from 2:30PM-6:30PM weather permitting. As summer approaches they will expand their hours. They are mobile so they can do birthday parties and other events on weekends. Call (903)293-4501 for more information.

Shaved Ice Express at 1431 North Kings Highway in Nash right beside Wright's Body Shop. Monday-Sunday noon-9PM  and they also feature a Flavor of the Day.

Angie's Tropical Sno at 540 W Locke St. in Ashdown, Ark. Open 7 days a week.

The Chillee Bean located at 3425 E. Broad, close to the airport. Open Monday - Friday 6AM-2PM and 4PM-6PM.
