
Catfish & Mudbug Festival Returns to Downtown Texarkana April 18
Let's face it, Texarkana, some people like crawfish, some people like catfish, and still more who like both. There are a few sad people who don't like either, but we won't talk about them; this article is not for them. This event is for those of us who LOVE mudbugs or catfish, or both... because the TXK 2026 Catfish & Mudbug Festival is right around the corner.
When and Where, Please?
Plan on a full day of food, music, and family-friendly fun at the Catfish & Mudbug Festival on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
The event will be held at Front Street Plaza in downtown Texarkana and is open to the public with free admission.
Festival hours run from 11 AM to 9 PM, offering a full lineup of activities throughout the day.
