Arkansas State Police Investigators are asking the public for help in locating the vehicle and the driver who was involved in a hit-and-run killing an 82-year-old Arkansas man over the weekend.

An 82-Year-Old Man Has Been Identified in a Hit-and-Run Incident in Arkansas

Arkansas State Troopers reported that an elderly man was hit on Saturday, November 15, on State Highway 326 north of Russellville. It's believed the suspect's vehicle was traveling westbound and may have damage on the driver's side.

According to a report from KARK-TV, the Arkansas State Police have identified the victim as George Sanborn of Russellville. Officials reported the man was airlifted to a Little Rock hospital on Sunday, where he later died from the injuries caused in the hit-and-run.

Two Other Hit-and-Run Incidents Have Been Reported in Arkansas By Officials

This incident comes on the heels of two other hit-and-run incidents within the past week in the state. A White Hall 21-year-old man is still recovering in the hospital with serious injuries, while another man was found dead in Dermott from a hit-and-run. An investigation continues into that incident.
