Season of Lights in New Boston, Texas – The Final Season
It's almost time for the Season of Lights in New Boston unfortunately, this will be the final season at the Drive-Thru Christmas Park.
Just a short drive from Texarkana off I-30 West, Season of Lights has entertained guests of all ages for several years but sadly, the journey through the piney woods of East Texas wraps up after this season. The friendly folks and crew are hoping you gather friends and family to come out one last time beginning on Saturday, November 23 through December 28, 2024.
Santa Claus was also there to visit with the kids starting November 29. You can purchase a professional photograph with Santa, kids, and family welcome. Now that's some pretty big kids!
My friends loved taking pictures at the various photo booths, such a lovely couple.
Outside the entertainment center walk through the row of lighted Christmas trees and capture the true reason for the season with a nativity scene.
The first time I went to Season of Lights I enjoyed every minute of seeing all the lighted displays until I reached the entertainment barn. Inside were several decorated Christmas trees where you could take pictures with your loved ones or indulge in hot chocolate, coffee, kettle corn, and snacks. If you're looking for a unique gift there are several vendor booths where you can purchase hand-crafted items or holiday decor.
