TexAmericas Center, home to one of the largest mixed-use industrial parks in the U.S., just released its 2025 Annual Tenant Employment and Payroll Census, and the numbers look good, really good, as they show a steady momentum for the Texarkana region.

It is amazing to watch this industrial park grow. TexAmericas Center now supports 1,536 total jobs across its footprint. That is up 7% from last year! It also has a combined annual payroll of more than $95 million, which is a 5% increase year over year.

Seven new companies joined the TexAmericas Center this year, bringing 74 new jobs tied to new business activity.

Economic Impact on the Texarkana Region

Each year, TexAmericas Center surveys tenants across its three campuses to track employment and economic growth. Over the past five years, employment has more than doubled, climbing from 650 jobs to 1,536, which is a crazy 136% increase!

According to a press release, other highlights from this year’s report include:

1,416 full-time positions reported across the footprint

Growth in third-party logistics (3PL) services, now serving 10 customers.That's up 67%

Continued investment in logistics, rail, and real estate solutions
