Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 29, for the "Fresh Start’ Neighborhood Spring Clean-Up," brought to you by the City of Texarkana and Keep Texarkana Beautiful campaign.
Fresh Start’ Neighborhood Spring Clean-Up
The citywide cleanup begins at 8 AM and is designed to foster community engagement, promote environmental stewardship, and enhance the overall appearance of Texarkana’s neighborhoods.
We all should take pride in our city, neighborhoods, and community. Residents and volunteers are encouraged to participate in various beautification activities around our city.
- Litter and debris removal
- Community gardening
- Park and greenspace enhancements
- General neighborhood clean-up efforts

- Beverly – Beverly Community Center at 901 Lumpkin St.
- Rosehill – The Scholars Community Center at 1303 Milam St.
- New Town – New Town Baptist Church at 2203 Taylor St.
- Liberty-Eylau – Findley Park at 410 Findley St.

Participation is open to individuals, families, community groups, and organizations. Volunteers may be eligible to receive community service hours upon request.
