My good buddy Mitchel Bartholomew Burrow is bringing a monthly comedy show to the Wichita Falls Brewing Company beer garden, and I am stoked. Mitch is a Marine veteran who’s been on Fox’s Laughs and the Kill Tony podcast. He has also shared the stage with big names like Sarah Silverman and Marc Maron, so he knows how to work a crowd.

I watched a comedian perform before Downtown Royalty recently, and it turns out the beer garden stage is a great venure for a comedy show.

Wichita Falls Brewing Kicks Off New Comedy Series

The first show kicks off September 27 at 9 p.m. with a stacked lineup. Audiences can expect rising talent who have appeared on some of the country’s most competitive stages, from Austin’s Comedy Mothership to national festivals.

Dallas comic Tony Casillas brings a goofy but dark sense of humor, CJ Landry from Louisiana mixes storytelling with a Southern twist, and Peyton Ruddy, who fans might recognize from the Kill Tony podcast, keeps audiences hooked with his crazy life stories.
