Texas Power Struggle: Buzbee and McNair Take on NFL
Texas is known for big and flashy personalities. This ranges from the common person to celebrities; we are all bigger than life, just like our state. However, there is one that has been making himself a REALLY bright star over the last few years...and he's continuing to do just that.
His name is Tony Buzbee. You may have heard about him when he first represented all of the accusers in former Texans QB Deshaun Watson's sexual assault cases. He then went on to represent some of Diddy's accusers and even went after rapper Jay-Z.

Buzbee Taking On A New Case
Well, now, Buzbee has decided to take aim at quite a giant, and it'll prove to be one of the hardest cases he's probably ever taken on. He's after the NFL now. He's representing Cary McNair, one of the sons of the late Houston Texans owner Bob McNair.
In a suit he filed in the New York Supreme Court, Buzbee said in a press release the case "stems from an alleged conspiracy theory between Houston Texans Owner's Rep Cal McNair and the NFL," and the idea was to push Cary out of any family business interests.
How Is The NFL Involved
Cary McNair started to ask some questions about different NFL player scandals, and when he did that, it potentially implicated the NFL, amongst others. The suit alleges the NFL attempted to silence Cary by negotiating with the Texans to restructure their operations and exclude him from the team.
The lawsuit is currently pending and seeking more than $100 million in damages.
