Splash Closed for Maintenance Tomorrow

The City of Texarkana Texas Parks and Recreation Department announced on their  Facebook page that the Rotary Splash Pad at Spring Lake Park will be closed for regular maintenance on Thursday.The popular spot where children can play among fountains and sprinklers will reopen Friday during its normal hours, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., also according to a Facebook post from the city Parks and Recreation Department.

Director Robby Robertson decides each year when to close the Splash Pad for the season. Typically the closing date is around Labor Day.
