Arrested

We have just learned that the second victim in this shooting that occurred Sunday has died as a result of his injuries. The man has been identified as Gordan Ray Walls, a white male, 60 years old of Texarkana, TX. An additional charge of Murder has now been added to the already filed charges against Thomas Wayne Lawson Sr. No bond has been set on this additional charge as of yet.

The Arkansas man photographed inside Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office during the riot at the U.S. Capitol Wednesday turned himself in Benton County.

UPDATE: Yesterday we reported that Nash Police were searching for people accused of stealing a firearm from a vehicle they were detailing, good news, they have both been arrested and are now in custody at the Bi-State Jail.

The Texarkana Texas Police Department arrested David Fant, 56, and Hayden Fant, 19, both of Texarkana, Texas, accused of the Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child on Wednesday afternoon. The alleged victim is a seven-year-old relative of the two men.

The Texarkana, Texas Police Department arrested 21-year-old, Lance Rajohn Brewer after he allegedly fought with police when a traffic stop turned violent. One officer was treated and released from Wadley Regional Medical Center after the incident.
