Christmas lights

One of the largest interactive light festivals "GloWild Larger Than Life" is going on now through January 15, at the Little Rock Zoo.

Once upon a time in a land not too far away in the piney woods of East Texas comes a dazzling display of lights over 3 million all in celebration of Christmas. Santa Land Texas the original Texas Drive-thru Park is now open for its 26th year near Tyler.

It's almost that time. Time to start getting into the festive spirit as Thanksgiving is just around the corner and  Christmas lights are being hung. This year's Wonderland of Lights will have its opening ceremony the day before Thanksgiving on Wednesday, November 24.

Here comes Santa Claus! The 2021 Season of Lights Drive-Thru Park in New Boston, Texas opens on Friday, November 19, and runs until December 26.

Even with Christmas on the way COVID-19 strikes again with another Texarkana tradition cancelled. The Texarkana Board of Directors have made the tough decision to cancel the Annual MainStreet Christmas Parade in downtown Texarkana.

We are all ready for something good to happen in this big old covid 2020 year. Here's something that will bring a smile to your face and to your children's faces too. The opening of Wonderland of Lights in Marshall, Texas is just around the corner!

Tis The Season friends and family! It's that time of year again! Time for beautiful lights and time well-spent with the ones you love. So mark your calendars for the opening of  "Seasons of Lights" Friday, November 22 til December 31.

Over the Thanksgiving weekend we had the chance to show off a little Texas tradition to some family members from Maine. We loaded up the vehicle and headed to Marshall, Texas for their Annual Wonderland of Lights.
