Hurricane Laura was big and caused a lot of damage in its wake. Even though we were spared major damage others to the east of us were not.  FEMA announced that federal emergency aid has been made available to the state of Arkansas to supplement state and local response efforts to the emergency conditions in the area affected by Hurricane Laura beginning Aug. 26, 2020, and continuing.
