Governor Hutchinson Announces 11 PM Closing for Businesses Licensed to Sell, Serve Alcohol on Premises
In the continuing effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Arkansas Health Department has issued a directive that Arkansas businesses that are licensed to sell and allow consumption of alcohol on their premises must close by 11 p.m., Governor Asa Hutchinson announced today (Thursday, November 19, 2020).

Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports 18 new cases since Tuesday, November 17, 2020 for a total of 2,479 positive COVID-19 cases, with 91 deaths. The Department of State Health Services is reporting 1,766 recoveries. There are currently 622 active cases in Bowie County. Cass County added 11 new cases, for a total of 697, with 563 of those recovered, and 32 fatalities, which would make 1
