Pet adoption

Picture this: a local shelter, home to over 200 pets, facing an uphill battle to stay afloat. The stakes couldn’t be higher for our furry friends.

Over the past month, the staff at Abby Road Texarkana developed a pet supply drive for the Texarkana Animal Care and Adoption Center. The community's response has been overwhelmingly positive, and the drive will culminate this Saturday, September 7, with a huge pet event.

One of the perks of my job is getting to meet new furry friends every two weeks and getting to play a role in getting those precious pooches adopted to a good home.
