The Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department needs your help in locating the subject of this week's Wanted Wednesday. This week the police are looking for Phillip Lewis.

Phillip Lewis is wanted for Theft by Receiving.

Phillip, if you are reading this post call CID at 903-798-3154 and make arrangements to turn yourself in today.

Phillip is a white male 46 years of age and stands 5'6" and weighs around 225lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
