When it comes to traveling the great state of Arkansas I always look for some of the best restaurants serving up some one-of-a-kind foods. Recently, the Food Network's celebrity chef Guy Fieri from the popular TV show, Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives did just that.

If you are ever in Little Rock, Arkansas you may want to drop by the local eatery Root Cafe, it made the top of the list in the state, according to Fieri. Not just because it's fresh farm-to-table food which helps support local growers, farmers, and the community but for one of their specialties, the Pimento Cheeseburger, which is already making my mouth water just thinking about it. And Guy raved about the Old World Style Bratwurst which is made by hand and then topped off with house-fermented slaw.

The Pimento Cheeseburger includes spicy pimento cheese, 14-day, fresh homemade sweet pickles, and garlic vinaigrette. The Pimento Cheeseburger had just the right amount of kick, enough to make Fieri's famed spiked hairdo spikier! See the complete menu here. Check out their Facebook page here.

The Root Cafe was not the only restaurant that Fieri liked in Arkansas, The Food Network also named the following.
