Atlanta, Texas Readies Hometown Christmas Parade and Fiesta Events
Ho Ho Hold on a minute, did that say Christmas Fiesta? Does that mean Christmas Fiesta Tacos? Stay calm and cross your fingers. Atlanta, Texas kicks off its Hometown Christmas celebration this Saturday (12/3) with the Christmas Parade, then next Saturday (12/10), don't miss the Christmas Fiesta.
Parade Details:
This Saturday, December 3 starting at 5:30 PM the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce presents its annual Downtown Christmas Parade. This year's theme is Christmas Movies. The parade route is pictured below. For more information click on the Facebook Event.
Atlanta Hometown Christmas Fiesta
Forget the good old red Santa hat for this event, grab your sombrero, put some jingle bells and lights on it and let's join the party in Atlanta, Texas Saturday, December 10 for the 2022 Hometown Christmas Fiesta.
- The party actually starts on Friday evening (December 9), when kids get to hang out with Santa Clause at the Mattie Lanier Center, located at 101 Sportsplex Drive, Atlanta TX 75551. ! It's called Fiesta with Santa, the cost is $25 per child. To pre-register, click here.
- The Saturday festivities kick off early with a 5K/ Fun Run and walk Saturday morning at 8 AM. Register here.
- Saturday afternoon starting at 4 PM and lasting until 8 PM don't miss the Hometown Christmas Fiesta downtown.
