Breaking News – Standoff in Malta

Bowie county sheriff deputies trying to talk a woman out of a home off Highway 82 in Malta just west of New Boston. The situation has been going on for several hours. The person in the home had apparently fired a shotgun at something earlier and a male had received a very slight injury. No other injuries have been reported.
