Texarkana's newest drive-thru coffee Scooter's is now open at 3107 Richmond Road next door to Sonic.

When it comes to great coffee Texarkana residents will have another choice with Scooters. I drove through today to get one of their signature drinks the Caramelicious and it was incredibly delicious.
