What an amazing guy Jack LaLanne was. Showing my age here, but I grew up watching LaLanne's exercise show, he had the prettiest white dog named Happy. This guy was showing American's and the rest of the world for that matter, what a good idea it was to exercise and eat right before anyone else thought it might put a dollar in their pocket. I don't know if he ever got rich from being an exercise guru, but it seems he made a good living and had a great life. My thoughts are with his wife and family.

Rest in peace Jack LaLanne, you started something great.
