The Night’s King Has His Eye on You in New ‘Game of Thrones’ S7 Poster
Game of Thrones may have lost its knack for anticipation. We literally watched ice melt for a date and teaser, and now – in lieu of an actual trailer – here’s another Season 7 tease. Remember The Night’s King? He’s back! In poster form!
Yes, the head White Walker and his thorny crown take center stage in our official Game of Thrones Season 7 key art, reminding us that … uh, you know. The thing he says. Well, not him personally. “Best darn yourself some mittens, Westeros!” Something like that.
Anyway, here it is in motion with a little Kit Harington in its eye. We should all be so lucky.
Elsewhere of Game of Thrones Season 7, now set for a July 16 premiere, a list of directors for the year has been announced along with rumors of some major set pieces and battles, and airplane-sized dragons. Harry Potter star Jim Broadbent gave us surprising details of his “significant” role, while several notable returns have likely been revealed, along with unexpected MLB and musical cameos, and one recast.
We’ll have a proper trailer before long, but watch the teaser again above, and stay tuned for the latest from Game of Thrones Season 7.
