Taste of Italy Fundraiser in Texarkana Supports Girls’ Education

Hey Texarkana, you are invited to enjoy an evening of great food, entertainment, and community spirit at the upcoming Taste of Italy for Education fundraiser, set for Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Joe’s Italian Bistro, located at 112 East 5th Street in downtown Texarkana.

The event, hosted by the Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) Chapter CX, aims to raise funds to help send local young women to college through scholarships, grants, and loans. Tickets are $50 and include a delicious Italian dinner and drinks, along with opportunities to participate in exciting raffle drawings and a silent auction.

Live music will be provided by Hailey Wright, a standout performer from NBC’s The Voice, adding a special touch to the evening’s festivities.
