Arkansas U.S. Congressman Mike Ross says he will not be running for re-election next year. The 4th district representative says he would like to spend more time with his family and explore new opportunities here at home in Arkansas. Ross has previously expressed interest in running for Governor in 2014 but says that decision will not be made until after his House term expires.
