The Walk For Life to benefit First Choice Pregnancy Resource Center in Texarkana will be Saturday, May 1, in Spring Lake Park.

Events this year walk, 5k, 'Diaper Derby' and 1-mile Fun Run for kids. Registration for the 5k and 10k starts at 7:30 AM and the races start at 8 AM. Awards will be given for first, second, and third place for males and females in each age category. There is even a stroller division.

Kristie Wright, Executive Director of First Choice Pregnancy Center said:

" All funds stay in the community and go directly toward client services, and allow us to further our mission of empowering clients to choose life."

The First Choice Pregnancy Center has provided support for women for over 40 years. The volunteers and employees are committed to providing the information and resources for the client's pregnancy. 1st Choice Pregnancy Center does not discriminate because of sex, race, religion, or marital status of their clients.
