Security Camera Thief Caught on Security Camera, Go Figure

They just might be raising them dumber in Bakersfield, California than anywhere else in the country right now. Check out the photo of this man stealing a security camera recently. Is he actually smiling for the camera? According to the story in the Huffington Post, at the time of this printing the man had not yet been captured, but police are reasonably certain they're going to find him. After all they have a pretty good likeness to pass around.
