Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Caddo Parish

The National Weather Service in Shreveport has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Central Bossier Parish until 2:30 p.m. This includes the cities of Bossier Parish and Shreveport. The storm is capable of producing damaging winds up to 60 mph and was located near Greenwood moving east at 20 mph. The other areas in the warning include  Mooringsport, Blanchard, Belcher and Benton. In addition to large hail and damaging winds, cloud to ground lightning is occurring.
