Burn bans now cover 22 East Texas counties as dry, windy conditions persist. Burn restrictions are in place as wildfire risk remains elevated.

It's been hot and if you were thinking about burning trash or anything outside well, don't. Burn Bans are in effect for our area.

As dry conditions continue throughout the state, the Arkansas Department of Agriculture’s Forestry Division is reminding Arkansans that wildfire danger is elevated across the state and, currently, 62 counties remain under a burn ban.
