Brewsters on the Boulevard coffee house opened up in 2019 and from all reports seemed to be doing pretty well on Texas Blvd. A popular hangout for younger folks like my 20-year-old son who went there for one of his favorite drinks almost every day.

An employee at Hopkins Icehouse in Texarkana, Arkansas, texted positive for COVID-19, and the restaurant has announced that it is temporarily closing.
