An employee at Hopkins Icehouse in Texarkana, Arkansas, texted positive for COVID-19, and the restaurant has announced that it is temporarily closing. Lisa Matlock, who is the general manager for both Hopkins locations gave the following statement...

Even though the Texas "Shelter in Place" order does not affect restaurants, the overall lack of business certainly can, some have closed for good, some just temporarily. we're doing the best we can to keep this list as up to date as possible, you can help.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has directed the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Texas Historical Commission to close all state parks and historic sites as part of the state’s efforts to strengthen social distancing practices and prevent gatherings of large groups of people.
