Steel Challenge

Last night my son Tyler and I finished the first 100 rounds (pictured below) of hand-loaded ammunition just in time for this weekends first ever Steel Challenge match at the Texarkana Gun Club.

Even though it's not quite over yet, you won't hear me griping about that long, hard winter we've had. Except for still being just too dry around here, it's been a pretty darn mild winter so far. So no excuses on why I haven't been out practicing more, other than Christmas eating all my shooting funds.

Steel Challenge update: Two weekends ago we headed south to Longview, TX for the “Steel Challenge” match at the East Texas Rifle and Pistol Club. As predicted, fun was in fact had by all.
