The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department arrested 65-year old Troy Ware, of Texarkana, Arkansas, Wednesday morning after nearly a year-long investigation of multiple reported armed robberies committed throughout the Texarkana area in 2017.
According to a press release on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at approximately 8PM, patrol officers from the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department responded to the Ambassador Inn at 200 Realtor Ave., in reference to a report of a welfare concern.
