The Three Stooges, Funny or Not? [POLL] [VIDEO]

I LOVE The Three Stooges, my wife HATES The Three Stooges! Is this the same story at your house? Are the Stooges primarily a guy thing? That seems to be the story throughout most of my life and for the majority of women that I have know including my mother.

What is it with slap-stick comedy that you ladies shy away from? Is it the fake violence? Let me tell you, kids figure out that it's fake real quick. You don't have to have much experience with a real hammer to realize that you can't hit someone on the head with it and expect them to get up and poke you in the eye. Just doesn't happen in real life. So when you see it performed to perfection by the Stooges, it's funny. How can you not think that misreading a box of "soap" thinking it said "soup" and then everyone at the table blowing bubbles isn't funny? Then there's the classic room full of people throwing pies at each, this stuff is a laugh-out-loud riot! For me anyway.

The new Stooges movie is in theaters this weekend, my youngest son and I will be there. My wife will gladly stay at home and miss this one.

Her loss, more popcorn for me and my little knucklehead! We will be laughing with the rest of the crowd, I mean... guys.
