Underground Pizza in Texarkana is moving above ground, no pun intended, into a food truck. Tyler Traut a local resident who has been perfecting his pizza business for months in his home is ready to take the next step in his lifelong dream.

Traut is excited about bringing his one-of-kind specialty pizza to all of the Texarkana areas in a new food truck he recently purchased. In talking with Tyler today, he told me his plans are to have the food truck up and running by his birthday on September, 3, in the downtown historic entertainment district next to the Frozen Rail across from Crossties.

"I am currently getting my truck wrapped today and only a few electrical jobs needs to be taken care of but it's looking good. to achieve my goal," said Traut.

The young entrepreneur has been working tirelessly every day to make sure everything is in order when he opens his new food truck business. Underground Pizza has received rave reviews on its pizza for months and can't wait to share its totally revamped pizza. He has an all-new crust recipe, with the freshest and best quality ingredients available. He told me he doesn't use bagged cheese like a lot of other pizza places do. Once you taste his newer versions of the pizza, you'll be coming back for more. He's still working on a new menu that features a mouth-watering delicious calzone.
