Lumberjacks, cars and food...OH MY! What's not to love? Looking for something to do the first Friday and Saturday of August? Take a little drive to Dierks, AR for the 42 Annual Pine Tree Festival.

The Festival will be held at the Dierks City Park and will feature a variety of things to do. You know, things like craft and food vendors, car shows, firefighter's challenges and a parade. Let's not forget the country music concert that will take place Saturday night as a finale piece for the festival!

Did you know forest festivals like these have been taking place since the 1920s? Yeah, I didn't either but how cool is that?
