1st Annual Communities United Tailgate Celebration This Weekend

In conjunction with the Back Alley Food Court taking place Downtown Texarkana, the Striving For Greatness Foundation will be present the 1st Annual Communities United Tailgating Festival. The tailgating celebration will be held on Saturday, August 17th 3pm - 9pm.

The evening will consist of live music, bounce houses, a football skills challenge, free throw contest, dunking booth, dance contest, food trucks, corn hole toss, and other activities for everyone. Bring your chairs, and popup tents. Decorate your vehicles and tents with your theme of choice. Cash prizes and trophies will be up for grabs for the winners of the contests.

Feel free to bring your tents and chairs, listen to great music, dance the night away, eat delicious food, participate in friendly contests, win merchandise and cash prizes, all while bringing our communities together.

Coordinators of the United Tailgate are encouraging booster clubs, sports teams, dance teams, pep squads, little league teams, bands, high school, middle school, elementary, church choirs, business, organizations, vendors, all cultures, ages and faiths to come out and enjoy the festivities as they  promote unity in our communities.
